Women learn about all of the benefit of weight training here. Also, learn some basic instruction on how to perform some exercises at weight training for women.

Exercise and Pregnancy
I stumbled upon this very interesting blog post yesterday.
I thought this was a good video. I was the strength and conditoning coach for a DII baseball team for 3 years before moving on to another position. As well as on mound technique I am a big advocate of increasing ROM and strengthing key muscle groups in the weight room as well. I highly advocate some of Eric Cressey's stuff I use two of his E-Books High Performance Handbook Show and Go Training religously for ideas.
